We offer sizes XS to XL in most styles to fit a wide range of body types. 

📏 What inseam lengths do you offer in shorts?

    •    Original Shorts: Inseams from 2.5” to 6.5”, measured from mid gusset to hem.

    • ROK NFS Shorts (No Front Seam): Inseams from 2.5” to 7” with contour waistband to accentuate curves.

👖 What waistband options do your shorts have?

    •    Midrise Shorts: Choose between 3.25”,  4.25”waistbands depending on style

    •    Rok NFS Shorts: Come with a 4” contour waistband.

No, production starts right away. We can only cancel your order

🩳 What are Midrise Shorts, and how do they fit?

Our Midrise Shorts sit about 1 inch lower than our Highrise styles. The rise is the distance from the gusset to where the waistband attaches. Midrise shorts feature a rectangular gusset and are offered in 2.5”, 3”, and 3.5” inseams for a classic athletic feel.

📏 What’s the difference in rise for M NFS, M Midwaist

We measure rise from the gusset to where the waistband attaches. Here’s a quick breakdown:

    •    M NFS Shorts: 5” rise

    •    M Midwaist Shorts: 5.5” rise

Note: “M” stands for Medium size

These measurements help you compare how each style sits on the waist—so you can choose the fit that feels best for your body

Past Prints and Custom Days are announced in our Facebook group! Join us there to stay up-to-date and get first access to special ordering events.

🛍️ How do I order a Past Print item?

    1.    Go to Collections > Past Prints 

    2.    Add blank products to cart

    3.    Add prints to cart

   4.    Add in notes what print goes with what product. Shoot us a follow up email to confirm order at roktheboxinfo@gmail.com

✨ Past Prints include any print we’ve carried previously on the website.

🎨 How do I order a Custom item?

    1.    Go to Collections >  Customs

    2.    Place your custom item order

    3.    Email us your order number and attach your seamless pattern file (300dpi)

You can find seamless patterns on Etsy! No copyright patterns please. Be sure to email us within 24 hours of purchase so your order isn’t delayed.

🚚 When will my order ship?

Pre- Orders Ship in 3 weeks, In stock orders ship within 2 days. If you order pre order items and in stock items your order will ship in 3 weeks

Important: A tracking number does not always mean your order has left our facility. If it’s been more than 9 days and your package is still not marked “in transit,” feel free to email us. We may be remaking one of your products to ensure it’s perfect..

📦 How long does delivery take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once in transit, depending on your location.
