Refund policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your items. Returns must be New unused condition. We do not except returns on Sale items or discounted items. Shipping back a return is customer responsibility. However, if 1. We sent you the wrong size  2. We sent you the Wrong style 3. We sent you the wrong print  4. Or item was damaged. 
We will do an exchange only for the same item. You must notify us within 7 days if something is wrong with a product you’ve received. You can contact us at roktheboxinfo@gmail.com

If your exchange is accepted, you will receive a shipping label via email. Items must be new unworn or we will not exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for shipping any returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept exchanges on worn or washed  items without tags. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders, customs, or personalized items) and Sale items ( products purchased during a Sale) or with a discount code.) are not eligible for return or exchange. This is because we do not carry inventory and every order is made specifically for you! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
