RokTheBox Return Policy 

We want to to love your purchase! Please review our guidelines before requesting a return:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  •  Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You must contact us at roktheboxinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Final Sale – The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Custom orders

    • Past prints

    • Gift cards

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.


Store Credit

  • If your return is approved, you will receive store credit on your website account for the item(s) returned.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return falls under the “Incorrect or Damaged “


If one of the following applies, please contact us within 5 days of delivery:

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  1. You received the wrong item

  2. Your item arrived damaged

In these cases:

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • The item must be returned in new, unused condition.

  • Once received, we will remake and resend the corrected item at no additional cost to you.
