Order Processing Timeline
- Pre-Orders open Friday Noon-Monday midnight
- Processing Time: 2-3 weeks prior to shipping.
- Possible Delays: If your order isn’t shipped within this window, it may be because we are remaking an item, which can add up to 1 extra week.
- Shipping Time (Domestic): 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Peak Seasons: Expect possible delays during busy times.
Custom Orders
- Processing takes 5–6 weeks before shipping.
Holiday & Competition Orders
- Must be placed 4–5 weeks in advance to guarantee arrival in time.
- Orders placed later than this may not arrive before your event.
