Fabric Guide
What fabrics do you offer?
We currently offer two signature fabrics:
- Butter Fabric – Ultra-soft with, second-skin feel. This fabric is moisture-wicking, breathable, with medium compression. Perfect for comfort, flexibility, and everyday performance.
- Flex Fabric – Designed for a more supported feel. Flex offers moderate compression (slightly more than Butter) with a smoother, more structured hand feel. Ideal for workouts where you want a bit more hold.
Are your fabrics moisture-wicking and squat proof?
Yes! Both of our fabrics are moisture-wicking and squat proof, designed to keep you dry, comfortable, and confident during any workout.
Sizing is USA Standard
What sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes XS through XL in most products.
Are you expanding sizing?
Yes! We will soon be offering XXL in our leggings and Hybrid Shorts.
Short Styles
What types of shorts do you offer?
We carry three signature short styles:
1. Hybrid Short MOST POPULAR!
- Inseams: 4.5”, 5.5”, 6.5”
- Options: With or without pockets
- Fit: Midrise with Slight curve in the front waistband, straight across the back
- Great for: A balanced, flattering fit with versatile coverage
2. Mid Rise Short
- Inseams: 2.5” and 3.5”
- Waistband: Two height options available
- Fit: Our lowest rise
- Great for: Shorter torsos or those who prefer a lower rise fit
3. V-Back No Front Seam Short
- Inseams: 4” and 5”
- Options: With or without pockets
- Fit: Midrise with Curved front waistband with a V-shaped back
- Design Benefit: The V-back creates a heart-shaped contour that enhances and accentuates your natural shape

Why are Rok Leggings special?
We’ve designed several leggings over the years, and the Rok Legging has consistently been our #1 seller. It has become our staple piece thanks to its flattering fit, performance feel, and thoughtfully designed details that our customers keep coming back for.
Custom Orders
🎨 How do I order a custom item?
- Go to Collections > Customs
- Place your custom item order
- Email us your order number and attach your seamless pattern file (300 DPI)
You can find seamless patterns on Etsy!
No copyright patterns, please.
Be sure to email us within 24 hours of purchase so your order isn’t delayed.
Can I order a past print?
Yes! Ordering a past print follows the same process as a custom order:
- Go to Collections > Customs
- Place your order
- Email us your order number along with:
- A photo of the past print
- The name of the print (if known)
This helps us ensure we recreate the exact design you’re requesting.
Processing & Shipping
🚚 When will my order ship?
- Pre-orders: Ship in approximately 3 weeks
- In-stock items: Ship within 2 days
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship together in 3 weeks
Important: A tracking number does not always mean your order has left our facility. If it’s been more than 9 days and your package is still not marked “in transit,” feel free to email us. We may be remaking one of your products to ensure it’s perfect.
📦 How long does delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once in transit, depending on your location.
